Entry Rules

No purchase is necessary to enter the sweepstakes. You must be 18 years or older and have a valid e-mail address to be eligible to enter. The sweepstakes is limited to one entry per person. Please do not try to increase you chances by entering under several different email addresses, (we are actively searching for multiple entries and will ban anyone trying to cheat in this sweepstake). When we find multiple entries we ban the individual, the email address and the IP address, from ever entering this sweepstakes again. We also share lists of known cheaters with other companies offering similar sweepstakes.
To enter, fill in your name and email address in the entry form that is located on our main web site http://www.honestcasinos.com . A winner will be randomly selected from all entries currently on our mailing list at the time of the drawing, and the winner will receive a cheque in the amount of $150. Prizes are not transferable. Prizes will be awarded and cheques made out to the name of the prize winner only. Therefore, if you enter this sweepstake with a fake name you will not be able to cash the winning prize.
Honest-Casinos.com makes no warranties, guaranties, or representations of any kind concerning the prize. Any taxes, fees, and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner.

Winner Selection

There are 52 (fifty two) drawings per year, one drawing each week. The Sweepstake takes place on the Friday of every week. Winners are notified within 7 days of the sweepstake date. Winners are notified by email only, and any winner that have not confirmed and claimed their prize within 30 days of notification will be disqualified, and a new winner will be drawn.
There will be one winner per drawing only. The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries that remain on our email mailing list at the time of the drawing, for a maximum of 52 weeks. This means that once you have entered our sweepstakes you will remain eligible to win, and your email address will be automatically entered into our sweepstakes once every week for a period of one year, assuming that you have not requested to be taken off our mailing list before that period. We allow winners to claim a maximum of 3 prizes in any 3-month period. This means that if you are randomly chosen as the winner 4 weeks in any three-month period, a new winner will be drawn for the last win in that three-month period.
Each drawing will be conducted under the supervision of Honest-Casinos.com, whose decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries currently on our email mailing list.

Eligibility

This Sweepstakes is open to anyone with an email address, 18 years of age and older. Employees or associates of Honest-Casinos.com and their respective relatives are not eligible. This sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Conduct

By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Rule and you further agree to be bound by the decisions of the judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Honest-Casinos.com reserve the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the game or website; to be acting in violation of the official Rules; or to be acting in disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, or harass any other person.

Terms

By participating in the sweepstakes, entrants agree to occasionally receive promotional emails with offers from Honest-Casinos.com and our affiliates. Entrants can at any time click on a link in the promotional emails and request to be removed from our mailing list. Entrants who remove themselves from our mailing list will be removed from any future drawings that they would otherwise have been eligible for. Entrants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Honest-Casinos.com, its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the sweepstakes or any prize won.
If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Honest-Casinos.com, or which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Honest-Casinos.com, reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes.
