2.Wager must be placed at least ten minutes before the start of the race to be valid.
3.Member must provide the Wagering Clerk with the following information:

Race Number(s)
Horse Name(s)
Type and amount of wager
4.Wagers accepted on thoroughbred racing at most tracks in North America.
5.Any wager involving a scratched horse will be graded "No Action."
6.Minimum wager is $20. Maximum wager will be determined by management at time of wager.
7.Payoffs will be based upon final track odds at post-time.
8.Maximum payoff on any horse wager is 50 to 1.
9.All Horse Wagers must be placed through the Call Center.
