Customer service: rather good. You get a reply to your e-mail enquiry in about 24 hours. They also answer in the community section, if you post a question in the “question, answer, feedback” category. If you rather talk than write, they could be reached by phone almost 24 hours per day. They do their best to solve your problem as soon as possible, or at least they let you feel that way. At least they did that to me.
