Excellent customer service. Very responsive. Excellent graphics and game selection. Payouts are very good, but losing streaks are longer than winning. Still, the VIP Lounge is excellent. Completely recomment... just try to stop before you lose all of your winnings!!

I loved playing at All Slots... loved the games... loved the outstanding customer service. However, I never got a payout/withdrawal without a hassle. Have 2 withdrawals pending this moment - 1 for $500 and 1 for $1,000 - since mid-JUNE!! Never had a withdrawal with All Slots go smoothly and the have my play rated as a VIP. Can't imagine how others without that status fare... Oh, and stay away from Citadel e-check, too. Print out every transaction made with them. Transactions time out frequently and are counted against you. That's what's held up these withdrawals so badly. Yes, I have given All Slots and Citadel proof, proof, proof and here I am still waiting for my withdrawals.

I read Katherine's review below and just thought I should give my experience with Allslots. I have played here for almost a year and am also rated as a VIP. I have played every single slot machine on offer and know the casino inside out. I have never had any problems with a withdrawal, even for wins of more than $10k. My biggest win at Allslots was for $47000, but I managed to lose $12k back before cashing out. Still that was a $35000 cashout, the biggest I have ever made in any online casino, and they gave me no hassle whatsoever, had a check with DHL next-day-delivery once they had processed the cashout. The only thing they asked me was to fax them a copy of my drivers license and credit card, which I think is understandable. Just my 2 cents.
